Decision-support feedback

When a clinician accepts or overrides an OpenTrace suggestion in the EHR, the CDS Hooks feedback channel records the outcome. This is whether the suggestions actually land. OpenTrace is an open playground, so these are aggregate, anonymous totals pooled across all users — no patient data is shown.
